I hereby grant Asia’s Closet Angels (the “Company”) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on Company and other websites and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.
I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Company.
I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge the State of North Carolina, the Company, its current and former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.
I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name or, if I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has agreed on this release form. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.
REFUND POLICY
Kindly read the refund policy of Asia's Closet Angels very carefully before using its services. At Asia's Closet Angels, we tend to ensure our clients are happy with our services and that is why we always try to ensure our clients get the best as they have ordered. When you order our services and products, we carefully process your order and ensure that you get exactly what you have ordered and paid for at the right time unless there are circumstances beyond the control of Asia's Closet and you.
Refund Conditions
We do not offer refunds for any events hosted by Asia’s Closet Angels.
We will offer a credit towards another event hosted by Asia’s Closet Angels.
If the service you received is absolutely different from the service you ordered and the fault is arising from Asia's Closet, you will be qualified for a full refund.
It is important that you keep your account information and password private and safe. If you give your details to someone else or appear to be abusing our policies, you are responsible for any purchases made and will not be eligible to get a refund. Note: Asia's Closet will not entertain any form of abuse whatsoever.

You will not be qualified for a refund if you inform us or cancel the order after 48 hours.
How To Request A Refund
Contact us directly with your refund request through our email (support@asiasangels.com). Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help as all refund requests must be approved. We may deny any refund request if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies.
Reserved Rights
In accordance with the law, Asia's Closet Angels reserves the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and/or reject orders, refunds, and exchanges from clients at any time due to the following reasons:
· Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
· Website malfunctions
· An irregular or excessive exchange history regarding damage etc
Also, we reserve the right to refuse rendering services to any client be it individual or an entity, in regard to the similar actions noted above.

Release of Liability: You hereby release and forever discharge Asia's Closet Angels, including their agents, employees, successors, assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, and any persons, firms, or corporations potentially liable, whether or not identified herein. All parties mentioned expressly deny any liability to you.
3. Scope of Release: This release applies to any claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature, whether now known or hereafter arising, related to injuries and damages of any kind, both personal and property. This includes any injuries or damages that may develop in the future as a result of or related to the events.
4. Settlement Agreement: It is understood and agreed that this release represents a complete settlement and satisfaction of all causes of action, claims, and demands mentioned herein. This document constitutes the entire agreement between Asia's Closet Angels and you, the attendee.
By agreeing to this document, you confirm that you have read and understood the contents of this release of liability.
